tl;dr version: use whatever account you want for rp purposes (you can make a new sideblog for every character if you want them all to have unique urls), click 'customize' on the sidebar, scroll all the way down, click 'add a page,' click 'standard layout' and change to 'custom layout,' then copy/paste your code in the giant text box. give the page a url, press update and then save.
