Can anyone tell me how I'd go about getting a layout such as this one? I love how simple it is, but I can't seem to figure out how to get anything similar.

That looks to be a modified S1 Generator layout based on the Source Page.

Probably any old journal maybe something from [info]coding and set it to appear 0 entries?

i have codes somewhat like that but you'd have to know how to modify them. if you pm me i can try to help you out a bit! if you have a paid account i can easily make you a style just like that!
