heads up webs users
i've been finding that i can't add anything to new, "downgraded" webs pages even on an account i've had for 5 years. i emailed them about the error message i keep getting and this was their reply:

Thanks for your reply.
I have checked your account and found that you have a Free Webs site.
Sadly, we have made the decision to only allow Premium members the ability to use the 'Custom HTML' module.
If you have already added HTML codes to your site, those will remain. However, you will not have the ability to add new HTML coding to your site without upgrading to Premium Services.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and regret that you did not receive proper notification of this change.

webs users can keep using their old sites/accounts but you can't add any new usernames to them anymore unless you pay per month. i'll let you guys know if the woman responds back to my less than polite rant about how i feel about that.
