legally dubious post

long time lurker, first time poster
so last night it was suggest to me to come over yonder and ask you lovely people for a little bit of help. i just got a new laptop with the lovely, impossible windows 8 and nothing is compatible with it. and by 'nothing' i mean, psp and photoshop. now, i was very lucky because my last laptop came with psp x2 and i had to switch from using photoshop to psp. this time i wasn't as lucky and could only download the 30 day trial of psp x6 and now it's long gone and i'm currently on a 30 day trial of photoshop cs6, which is terrifying and confusing to me. i'm one of those people who NEED to make my own icons because it helps me get into my character more (i'm weird) so the idea of losing this privilege is kind of sad.

my question is, does anyone have psp x6 (or x5, as long as it's 64 bit and windows 8 compatible), or a full crack of photoshop cs6 (or cs5, i'm guessing)? i know there's someone SOMEWHERE that's been able to do it, i just can't find that person and i'm at the point where i'm considering just BUYING psp. halp?!

	unfortunately, it wasn't opening on my computer and then i couldn't uninstall the setup and had to restore my laptop, but thanks anyway, anon! (Reply to this) (Parent)

	i recently installed windows 8 and just downloaded the most seeded version on the pirate bay! worked and cracked fine for me, i've had no issues at all. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	i've had windows 8 for a year and have yet to run into an issue but i use photoshop cs3 (as that's the portable version i prefer) and i run it as an administrator. you might want to try that, see if the version you have work for you. (Reply to this)

	okay so i'm at the final set up i THINK and when it asks for a serial number, i don't have one. i have a crack listed, but when i click on it, it opens ie and it's for some website for free hosting. any ideas? (Reply to this) (Parent)
