Hi. Quick coding question, if one of you lovely brilliant people wouldn't mind helping me out a little.

I'm working with this gorgeous layout at [info]chestnutgallery. It is fantastic on its own, and I am lucky to be surrounded by such talented layout makers here, but I had fun idea for a character journal, and I was wondering if it's possible to make it so that it switches images when you hover? Instead of the cool box effect maybe? I've been trying for two days with no luck so far.

Any guidance/tips/help/consolations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

You might be able to find the answer in the code of this layout?

That was a brilliant idea. I was not savvy or awesome enough to figure out how to apply that effect to the other layout I was working with. But then I worked backwards and applied elements of the layout I wanted to the Beau layout and got what I wanted in the end here [info]homeandfree.
