I made cast list for my current characters but I ended up using the old one so I'm sharing. It can also be used as a game's cast list if you added enough rows and columns.

I think it could even be a character profile if change the header square into the name and bio of your character then take away the bottom two characters and added a new row for your text. Customize to your heart's desire!
