I just got a new Mac, and I can't find the screencap program that I used on my old one.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for screencapping?

	Download CrossOver, then download VirtualDub. Use VirtualDub through CrossOver; open CrossOver, then open VirtualDub through CrossOver. Both are open source programmes. Works like a charm for me on my macbook! (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Also just googled and found this. I've never tried it, so I can't comment on it, but it's another option to try if you don't like VirtualDub or it for some reason doesn't work for you. :-) (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I personally use VLC and have it set up to take screencaps from holding down cmd + alt + s, though I believe you can set it to do that with any key combo that you want to. (Reply to this)
