I don't think there's a way to crosspost directly from IJ, but I know that you can import your entries to Dreamwidth and you can crosspost from there.

That said, there may be some downloadable desktop clients that you could use that would crosspost to IJ and another journal site. I don't use any personally, but perhaps someone else could recommend one.
