does anyone know a good app for the ipad that makes icons? i'm not looking for anything too crazy. i just want something that lets me do all my cropping and color adjusting while saving it as a png. i tried the program photoshop has but sometimes it doesn't save clear. thanks!

Try using Artstudio. I use it to make a lot of graphics, and it's basically like GIMP but for IOS.
