I recently tried to make a webs account to host my character bio page instead of scribbld but upon signing up read that it no longer offers blank HTML pages to do it. Am I missing something or just a little to slow and simply missed out?

make your webaite, choose whatever template, and once you've completed the setup go to this link http://members.webs.com/s/account/popoverMakeAdvanced?from_login=1&resetSession=1 when you're logged in!

I feel so slow but I'm having an impossible time with this. The link works and I can create a page but then I can never get back to it and then I'm always asked to pay. I thought this site was free? Help, please?
