i should have added - google fonts cannot be used in the entry itself, afaik, only in the layout's css; if you click the entry pages for the examples you linked, the names show up as times new roman (or whatever your computer has as its default font).
if you don't want to fuss with google fonts, you can pick a font that's pretty commonly preinstalled on most computers (courier new, impact, georgia, century gothic, whatevs) and use this code
and adjust the font size to your liking. you can add other embellishments by googling 'css text effects'
