I have an infuriating problem...
and to be honest I could probably figure it out if I wasn't so tired, but I would appreciate any help/advice here! As you can see here, I've used the code that allows you to put text/links over a gif or image. However when you go to my front page for the journal, the text shows up and not the gif. Below is the exact coding I'm using on the page (only without the brackets), if anyone could tell me what is happening I would greatly appreciate it!
