Aim List
I have a question and I've searched the community and can't find any help on it. How does one go about making an aim list for a community to download?? I can't seem to find anything on it and I've tried google and it turns up nothing either.

Sorry to be bothering anyone, but I could use some help.

for older versions of aim (before this new blocky kind) on pc, you just export the buddylist and upload it to somewhere like media fire. there are versions for mac that do this as well, but i'm not as familiar.

Add everyone to your buddylist, you can nickname them and add details about the characters as well. When your list is finished, follow these steps:

1.) Click "Options"
2.) Click "AIM"
3.) Click "Save buddy list..."
4.) Select the items you want to save (example: buddy list, buddies, new contacts, buddy notes, full names, etc.)

PAUSE: If you are using linked screen names, make sure you are logged into the character's screen name you are using for the community to avoid uploading the wrong buddy list. Also make sure that ONLY the communities names are on that screen name to avoid leaking out OOC names or RL friends names.

5.) Click "Save" and save to your desktop or documents.
6.) Go to www.mediafire.com and upload the list and post the link in your community for your players to download it.

I hope this is helpful.
