We do have IP logging on in the mod journal, but we're pretty sure that this person uses an IP scrambler or something, because they have various IP addresses that they've used.

It might not solve the problem completely, but at the very least it would show them that we mean business and aren't taking their crap anymore. If you're willing to help us out, that would be fantastic. What info do you need? I can PM or email it to you.
