so I'm a first time Manip maker and I need help with these 2 photos by making them into one using Gimp.

Ahhh. Luckily, her photo should be verrry easy, since the background is solid. Great one to start with to get the hang of it. (On the image window: Layer > Transparency > Add Alpha Channel, then use the eraser on a solid round to get rid of the bulk of the gray. Then I usually pick a smaller one, refine the edges around the person some, grab a smaller one again, zoom about 400% and start going right up against the form, then a suuuper tiny one for all the itty bits that got missed):D Either way, that tutorial should definitely help you get a good idea of how it's done.

	If you don't have any luck, I can make this manip for you and create a step by step tutorial on how I did it. You'll always want to use the highest quality images possible, the one of Bethany is a little pixelated. (Reply to this) (Thread)
