It's great! I know of a couple people who are incorporating it into their CDJ character rosters. The click-able icon was an idea that came up while I was CAPSLOCKING with someone on AIM about the awesomeness of this HTML magic. (In the past, we've lamented the fact that journal sites don't allow mouse rollovers in entries.) Another fellow roleplayer had the bright idea that this could be used to simulate page turning for in-game newspapers, maps, etc. Yet another suggested it could be used to create additional fake lj-cuts behind real ones.
The possibilities seem to be endless. :]
