I could use some help, if you have the time.

I changed the background to a solid color, to go with the theme of my journal, filled in the content and other minor tweaks as necessary. But no matter what I do, IJ is rendering the code strangely.

If I put the code in Draac, it looks beautiful. Same goes for the preview mode on the IJ post. When I view it on my archive page here, it also looks fine. However, if I open the post to view it alone in another window, it looks like this with the strangely wide column borders.

I consider myself fairly code savvy when it comes to fixing things and tweaking, but I am completely at a loss here. I spent a good three very frustrated hours last night trying to figure this out. Any suggestions?
