conflict resolution on the internet
I just wrote this up as a reference post to be linked in the rules of the RPG I'm modding, and it was suggested that I post it here, too. Because shit happens, and sometimes it seems like no one on the internet knows anything about conflict resolution. Or at least, they don't act like they do. So, here it is:
