If I'm understanding your first comment correctly, what you're aiming to do is actually upload the font for use on the web, and have it rest on a server somewhere, then get called by the @font-face styles. If that is the case, there is Adobe's Typekit site, but that is a paid service. Another search pulled up a few other paid services as well. I am not aware of any font hosting that is free, but if you find one, I'd love to hear about it! :)
Otherwise, I think you'd need to sign up for actual web hosting somewhere and use that as your font platform.
