So when I was doing the coding for my current game, I stumbled across this fabulous post, and I liked the idea. And then I decided that I wanted to ~~give myself a permanent headache~~ make a cast list that uses images instead of icons, and handwriting fonts because those are ~~a pain in the ass~~ pretty, and the crests from Pottermore because I like those, and all the things...so if you want a pretty cast list, aren't as lazy about opening photoshop/gimp/etc as I am, and don't care about it being slightly large and impractical, this is the cast list for you!

Here is an example of this taken list in action (/shamelessplug). I made a splash page for it that puts each house's page in a separate entry, because I am on a slow connection and it would literally never load otherwise. The character images are 150px square including the border (which is a part of the images and not an html trick), and the nameplates are 150x50.

Here is the code for the splash page and the four houses:

If you're going to use this cast list, please rehost the images. Here are the images in the layout, linked for your convenience! Also included is the white frame around the images, with the question mark removed. If you save that, you can just crop the images you want to use to 150x150, then paste the white frame on top and hey presto, pretty!
