like others have said, using blockquotes, line breaks, adding pictures, making the overall body of text wide enough (so that it's not too skinny and long that people will have to scroll a lot, but not too wide that people lose their place while reading), bolding the question so the text doesn't look so uniform (and along that vein using headers for different sections, like SETTING or LOCATIONS or something), etc!
