Hey! I just have a few questions and hopefully someone can help me out with this. I'm using this journal layout. When I post a journal entry, it keeps showing a different icon then the one I selected. How can I change that? And is it possible to change it so that the icons aren't circles? I'm horrible at codes. Thanks in advance!

The way the profile works is that it's not putting up your selected icon, it's putting up a default icon that you preset. What you have there now is the creator's default. To change it search for the following:

http://i.imgur.com/ek82B.png"

And replace it with whatever icon you'd prefer.

As for the circles, I'm not 100% but I believe it's as simple as finding all the id="circlePortrait"'s in the image codes and taking them out.

ex. if you have this:

make it this:

. Then again that is just a guess, so have a copy of the code elsewhere just in case I'm wrong. Lol!

	So if I change all the that .png image, it'll always be the one I put there? There's no way to have it so that it'll just be whatever icon I pick when I post an entry? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Since you're using an S1 as the base of the layout, I'm not sure there is a way. You could always try contacting the maker directly.

Now, this doesn't mean that your icons don't show up. Everyone who has you friended should see the icon you've picked. You can friend yourself and see what appears on your friends list. It should be the icon selected unless the layout creator disabled custom icons.

	So I did some tinkering and, it turns out I was right about id="circlePortrait" being the culprit for the for the circle border. You can remove it from your code and it gets ride of the circle border off everything but the friends page. I can't figure out what that is. Also, your icons do appear on your friends page as the one you selected. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
