So I found this layout here, I knew it wasn't for scribbld but I thought it'd work anyways. This is what it's supposed to look like here. Is there anyway to fix it so it can work for scribbld? Thanks!

Found it! The code had a... either typo or oversight or something in it that apparently Webs was able to skip over while Scribbld went crazy.

Find and replace <font class="sub"› with <font class="sub">.

Also, you might want to delete everything after the closing </html> tag toward the end. That looks like some sort of script placed by Webs which isn't part of the layout. It mentions some sort of tracker, so I'm guessing it's ad related or otherwise only meant for Webs and thought you might want to know.

Oh. Wow. See, I looked at the error on Scribbld then grabbed the original code and fixed that according to where it broke. Thanks for pointing this out!

The problem's still fixed the same way, but only by grabbing the original code and fixing that. It worked for me here, but when I tried grabbing your example I realized Scribbld turns all the code to actual text after the error so it can't easily be fixed. Feel free to grab source from where I fixed it on my Scribbld; I'll leave it up there for a while. :)

I just added the little arrow back where it belongs, by the way, so the Scribbld page I linked is better. Took me a moment to realize it belonged and wasn't an odd character replacing the closing bracket in the font html. So yeah, oops!

i didn't catch that either! thank you. i have another quick question if you don't mind? how do i get google fonts to work on scribbld?

... I didn't even realize it used google fonts, let alone that it wasn't working. I have the handwriting font installed on my computer from a while back, so I just assumed it was a normal font setting.

Unfortunately, I can't help with that part because I'm still in the stone age on an outdated version of Firefox which doesn't support google fonts. :(

I hope this doesn't sound weird or creepy, but I kind of <3 your guy... But anyway, I just wanted to comment and let you know I saw this and swapped out the info in that example I put up for ~chlom to poke at.

aw thank you, that is not creepy at all, it's really sweet! if you pb at all you should check it out over here, it's really friendly! and that's fine, it's not a big deal i just didn't want it to be something that was up in a comm of this size because i'm sensitive about the bio, my 5am work tends to not be the best ever!
