First and most importantly, your CDJ's journal name rocks the casbah.
From there, it's all subjective. CDJs are massively flexible things, and I would say that you've amply covered the basics -- a character directory, some writing samples, basic info about you as a player. From thereon in, it's going to be a matter of personal preference; some people don't really use their CDJs as anything other than a here's-the-facts setup, others use it as a dumping ground for all their RP thoughts.
If you're someone who is always actively searching for new RP partners or games, it may be worth adding a bit more info as to what you are like as a player, and what you like as a player. The T&Cs, as it were. From a basic standpoint, though, I'd say you nailed it.
