those fancy, glowing icons we all love (or hate).
I have uploaded a photoshop "action" for those of you who don't want to follow step by step instructions on how to make icons such this.

The action can be downloaded here. In the folder you'll find one for any size image and one that resizes any evenly cropped image to 100x100 for you.

Also, you might try playing with the opacity and such in your photoshop "history" if the icons aren't exactly to your liking when the action completes.
