Rp Tutorials

Does anyone know of any icon journals that are currently active and taking requests? ~iots, ~tamil + ~weddingcakes seem to be closed at the moment. I'm such a sucker for underused pbs and finding icons are the worst. If anyone generous soul would be willing to do a handful (five or so) to get me started, I'd appreciate it greatly.
