Please, someone, anyone, I know this is simple, easy, beneath you, even, but all I want is this simple table to go on my user info page. Any kind souls?

Something like that, maybe? I forced the table width at 600, but perhaps it'd be better to do it as a percentage. Did you want the table border to show? Userinfos strip CSS, so I can do a flat border, it'll just involve more nested tables.
