Hello everyone, I have a bit of a question for you.

Does anyone know how I might be able to create a table similar to this? Or if not, I would gladly take suggestions on better ideas to organize this kind of material, I'm really at a loss right now. I'm looking to do a smallish text based family tree for a game I'm working on creating, and I'd like to have the grandparents and parents on the list if that is of any help.
