Hello, first time posting and first time with this problem.

I created a table within a scrolling table, if I post the table in a post on it's own then the coding is fine. If I post regular text within the scrolling table then it works perfectly. The problem is the table will drop to the "bottom" of the scrolling table forming this huge gap of blank space that I can't fill or move. There are no spaces in the coding that should allow for this, but I have no idea what the problem is.

I've tried "td/div align=" codes, but those just creates whole new problems forcing the text or table outside of the scrolling area. Please help.
