So I'm trying to get the background to work on this layout, and it's not. I'm okay with html, but this is really being annoying. Could someone help out?

So I basically took out the space right before "GLOBAL_HEAD<=" and I modified your body background style from this:

background-image: yes ' http://i52.tinypic.com/2efrnye.png'

to this:

background-image: url(http://i52.tinypic.com/2efrnye.png);

In CSS, the only supported property value for background-image is: url(http://backgroundimage.com/image.jpg)

Hope this helps. I'd post the modified code for you but it exceeds IJ's character limit for comments.
