Thread organizer/log history (in the shape of an e-mail inbox!)
This was actually mentioned as an idea a while back in one of the request posts, and I was just playing around with it for my own use. It's handy if you're doing lots of threads/scenes, especially if they aren't in chronological order, to keep things nice and organized. It's also nice to have the mini-icons to denote ratings, warnings, etc (with hover text!), and you can see at a glance what your scening trends are, which is kind of fun. My real example, which I obviously fail at keeping updated, is here, but there's a made-up one under the cut.

This is essentially one very basic table, stuck inside another one which forms the border. It's very simple to set up, even with the extra work of uploading the mini-icons, and it's easy as pie to add new rows as you get new threads. I organized mine in reverse chronological order like actual e-mail would be, so when I add new threads I just stick more rows directly beneath the header, but you could do it any way you like.
- Header:
- Blue rows:
- White rows:
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 as many times as you need, alternating blue and white rows.
- Then just stick in this last bit to close your remaining tags:
The mini-icons I used are modified from here. If you'd rather find or make your own mini-icons, these are all 13x13, and you should probably stay within a pixel or two of that.
