So am I going crazy or did I see a post in here with a table for an activity check template? I went searching through the memories and the tags, but I didn't see it. I could just make one up, but the one I saw was very cute and clever and had some humor in it, and I'd very much like to use that to add a bit of levity to the activity check. Thanks in advance!
