Re: log: Tony's Super Secret Facility
"It's perfectly safe," Tony said, tapping the side of his head and revealing his face as the helmet didn't move, but shimmered and became abruptly transparent. Tony beamed through the gleaming glass surface. "It's color-changing crystal. You're looking at a picture of me. Cool, right?" He sobered quickly when there wasn't an abrupt roar of applause. "Uh. Details later." Tony reached out a gauntlet and brushed some ice crystals off of Bruce's coat. "Okay. Turn. We walk straight in. Don't turn, don't stop, or you'll set off the alarms." He didn't specify what exactly the 'alarms' entailed.
Tony opened the door and walked into the house. It was only a house on the outside.
On the inside, it was a warehouse. There were gentle lights outside of the first set of external rooms (meant as camouflage) but everything within the walls was big and shadowed, the ground going deep beneath their feet in a downgrade connected by sets of stairs. It looked like Tony had bought the neighborhood to provide a handy facade, and then left the place to the dust. It smelled stale, and the blue light that indicated the existence of power and JARVIS (both) was the only indication that any thought had gone into the place besides concealing architecture.
"They're trying to follow. Steve went to take care of it. Bucky is in here." Tony pushed open the door as they approached barracks, a fairly basic set of bedframes and bare springs. They'd scrounged a blanket or two, and Steve had done his army medic thing to keep Barnes together as much as possible, but the lack of preparation or restraint was clear. "Let me know what you need, I'll go get it." Tony frowned with concern, looking from Bucky to Bruce and back.
