Re: quicklog: jason t/gwen s
[Nothing good ever started with a warning not to do anything about the news. Nothing. Especially when people were talking to him, because just about everybody knew how he tended to react to bad news.
It wasn't a lie when he promised:] You've got my word. [But now he knew the news would be bad, and he absolutely had to know. Nothing to do with Tony Stark breaking promises was going to end well.
Jason arched a brow.] Are we talking about this now? [There had been all that weirdness in the park when he saw her after she'd briefly visited home, but they never had really talked about it again. He had his suspicions, but he'd respected her privacy by not bringing it up. Maybe now was the time.] I might. Who's Hels?
[Jason was reluctant to talk about Mary Jane at all. It could only make Gwen sadder and create trouble, but it needed to be said. Pretending she didn't exist while Flash got his ass dragged along was no solution.] That's an understatement. [And 'not very nice' didn't bein to cover it.] Is there any talking to Flash about it?
