Re: Roxbury Crossing - Spider/Bat/Cat/Hulk
[The Bat was silent en route to Boston, a shadow in a pointy-eared cowl. His comm was muted, and from here on in he intended only to listen. He hadn't intended to speak in the first place; it had accomplished nothing. This was not his world. This was not his team. He would do what he had been tasked to do, and when this was done, he would return to Gotham. His home, though the word was bitter on his tongue.
Captain America had given his orders, but he had others. Stark asked him to tail Loki and he would do so; now that he had a comm, and a way to track him, he kept tabs on his location until he could get there in person and obtain visual. He intended, as soon as the boat landed, to do just that. Selina, the Hulk, and... Spider-Man, was it?-- could handle their given location and he would find his target. But the very, very large slaver ship seemed to take priority. He could only imagine the amount of people they intended to take as slaves, and he couldn't ignore that.
Nor would he.
The Hulk was easily recognizable, and the Bat saw Selina approach the ship. He wanted to get closer, but he wanted to do it without being noticed; he used the very large green creature to do just that. He was a good distraction.]
