Iris
[Iris knows she shouldn't watch it when she sees the video on the page of her journal. It comes once TJ is in bed, so at least he won't be curious about seeing it. She knows it's going to be nothing good. But as soon as she turns the page, the video starts.
She starts shaking her head as soon as she sees Abida, covering her mouth with her hand in horror as the scene plays out. At the appearance of the scimitar, the low murmur of "no no no" starts, joining the shake of her head. The fall of the blade is expected but no less horrifying because of it, and it draws out a short, sharp scream from her, blocked partially by her hand, enough that it doesn't wake the sleeping boy in the next room. Especially when she presses her hand tighter to her own mouth.
Eyes squeezed shut after the stroke of the sword, she only hears Ra's, doesn't see him. But it's enough for her to reach out blindly and rip the page out of the book before slamming it shut. The tears start from between pale lashes, created by fear and horror and helplessness.]
