Re: [spidey kids in silent hill]
[Gwen had no idea what was going on in Flash's mind, but she knew whatever it was couldn't be good. The amount of blood lost was too much, even with the tourniquet she was cinching with slightly unnatural tightness against his femoral artery. The amount of blood on the hallway carpet alone was enough to make his blood pressure drop, and hallucinations were likely to accompany the shock that was trying to keep him alive. Cold skin, clammy, and she plucked at Flash's shirt long enough to gauge how much perspiration had soaked it in the few seconds they'd been in the hallway. All of it combined was bad, bad, bad. Her fingers shook, and she had to clasp them together to get it to stop. Concentrate, Stacy. Freak out later.
Peter asked her something, but she didn't know what. She did glance over at Flash when he said it was just like the comics, that chilling harbinger of him saying certain things were unavoidable echoing in her mind again.] Not like the comics, brony. You're going to be fine. We don't need to end up like we do there. Okay? [Her voice sounded hollow, even to her own ears.]
[She knew Mary Jane was there, but she didn't look at the redhead. She looked over at Peter instead.] We need to get him to Marvel fast. Okay? [Every second counted. She would worry about how they explained these injuries later, though she was already thinking Ms. Carter could say it was SHIELD related somehow.] I'll help you lift him. [She knew Peter didn't need the help, but she wasn't sure if he'd told Mary Jane about being Spider-Man yet, which made it a little complicated. So, she slid her arms under Flash's shoulders, and she nodded.]
