Re: In-person: Selina & Robert
[She watched as he dug blindingly through the dresser drawer. She'd never seen this before. Whenever Robert ran - the previous Robert - he was long gone before she managed to get anywhere, and this blind search for things to shove in a bag was new. She didn't like it, and she didn't like what it said about his mental state, and she wondered where Tony Stark was? Because he clearly needed to be here, right now, and he wasn't.
It took her a second to realize his hands were empty when he crossed back from the dresser, too caught up in her mental condemnation of Tony, and the grip to her wrist actually managed to surprise her. But there wasn't any fear in her mossy eyes when she lifted her gaze from the circle of fingers to his face. There was a quirk of brow, a question, but no fear.]
Don't touch your bag? [The corner of her mouth went up, warmth and a smile in the disbelieving question. But then he said someone was looking for him, and her gaze sharpened, intelligence in that green, and she didn't point out that she couldn't go anywhere so long as he was holding onto her wrist; she didn't try to pull free either. Oh, and she knew he was staring - of course she knew.]
What did they say? How do you know they're looking for you?
