[The reply takes a bit, and it's more faded than the previous ones when it comes.] The point is that for the last half a week, I haven't seen the kids with fevers that are too high, or the women who need their wrist set because their boyfriends pushed them too hard, or any of the other people that are normally coming in and out. I realize that there's only so much that can be done, but when a whole portion of the city stops seeking medical care, it pops up a big red flag that something else is going on.
