Re: Ocean's Eleven - Seven Hills: Neil, Cris & Sam
[Neil's intention wasn't to teach anyone about their place, even if it seemed that way. In all honesty he wasn't even thinking about Cris; he was just tired of the director's attitude and he knew what buttons to press to take a man like him down a peg. Maybe, later, he'd realized how it looked. But he didn't now, this wasn't about pushing Cris aside or about him at all, no, he just wanted to get out and maybe start trying to deal with the situation. A dead man and Micah, the one responsible, still out there. Somewhere. He had no idea where to start, but the hospital wasn't going to do any of them any good.
The orderly was removing the straight jacket, but if Cris didn't like it, well, he was free to take over. Which he did. That was fine. Neil didn't need to be told to move, he stepped aside to let Sam and Cris out and went to get the heart himself. He tucked it under one arm and gave the director a look that, if looks could kill, would have struck him dead in an instant.] Gladly.
[He followed the two out the door without saying anything further.]
