[Time runs out before Anon gets a suitable answer from Natasha R, so she approximates. Delivered to the woman, wherever she is, appearing with her key to the hotel, is a little charm. It can be used twice, as the note accompanying it explains. Once to go back in time, to any date and any place, and once to go forward, to any date and place, so long as it falls after the first. She can go back to her Red Room days and return to the present. She can go visit Italy during the Renaissance and then choose to go only as far as the Russian Revolution of 1917.
The effects of altering history—of, say, seeing herself as a child (and the child seeing her), of changing the course of events remains to be seen.
