Re: Max M/Sharon C
I thought you knew. She came on board right about the time you left. I met with her recently about some previously approved discrepancies in Team Sharon's books. She's smart. I also advised her to be ready to accept a transfer when I suggested it, but I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest she accept a job elsewhere when I find it. How open to that would she be? I'm doing what I can for the whole administrative department, but I know you're all in a situation right now of your own. So I'm showing a little bit of second-hand nepotism.
I need to let her know that within the next 48 hours the guys from DC are going to be asking her to hand over a certain set of files and she needs to give them everything with no funny business attached, because she seems like the helpful type. She needs to not let me know in advance, and I need her to let her colleagues know the same thing. They're also all the helpful types. It's the downside to picking good people.
Can I find her on here? Is she gonna listen? She didn't seem the type to want to be involved, but she did seem helpful. At this point helpful isn't good.
