Re: Chinatown - Hospital
[Mai saw some pretty crazy shit since this started happening in Vegas. She'd been in wars. She'd been underground. Then she shared the mind of a comic book Russian spy, and that was all kinds of fucked up. But this was in her body, in her veins, she could feel it rushing through her. She rationally knew she should have said something to the Avengers before, when things started to get weird, but a lifetime of paranoia made that impossible. Now she wasn't sure if she was going to be one of those ticking time bombs or the next superhero. Either way ... she had to actually survive this to find out.
She looked over when Death spoke up, actually managing to hear her above all the noise.] Keep moving, get out of here, don't worry about ---- [And that was when she got cut off because she was hit hard by a projectile. Shit. It was a flesh wound, but since her guard was down, she was able to be grabbed by one of the aliens and pulled toward them. Mai zapped the one holding her, but she wasn't experienced, and each time she tried, the electricity zooming in the air, she got more tired.] JUST GO. [She tried to yell before she was forcefully pulled in the direction of the slave ships. She just had to stay conscious. it wasn't over til it was over.]
