Re: Upper West Side: West 81st.
[She isn't used to civilians. During her years in the JLA, she was always the weakest link. But what could a girl do when faced with green lanterns and martians and girls with stars on their chests? But they all fought equally, and she wasn't used to a fight where she had to worry about the woman running somewhere else. The Marauder on her left gets her last grenade - the mouth breathers are easy to blow up with a flick of wrist and a toss.
She follows, but she's pretty sure the one following Pepper isn't going to quit. She wonders if the man (this one is mostly human looking) likes the red hair, or if he knows Pepper's important to the man flying around in the tin suit. It doesn't matter.
She drops the dead weight of the now-useless belt, and she makes a running flip over the Marauder's head, twist in the air and landing easily and with feline grace beside the running redhead.
