Log: Micah & Louis
Minutes crept by, people wandered past, on their way to the other parts of their life that would carry them to other places within the city and beyond, and still Micah waited. With every minute that ticked past that Sam wasn't here, wasn't offering herself up to him to save her brother, Micah could feel the anger within grow. She had either lied to him or had simply decided to stand him up, and neither of those were what he wanted to experience that night. He had thought her better than that, put her to standards that even he couldn't keep himself held to. He hadn't told Loren, after all, that he was coming here. Hadn't told Loren that he was meeting her, had he? No, he had snuck off without a word, and here he was being made to play the part of a fool.
His lips pursed into a thin line as his gaze swept the passersby once more. Disgust was growing, and finally he pushed away from the wall, treading into the light that bled out onto the streets, visible as he made his way down the walk, careful steps with use of his cane, to find another vantage point.
