Re: log: dylan & max (daniel & lin too)
[Dylan knew that there was no sound recording in the hospital room cameras. Hell, even the cameras themselves were a couple of years old at this point, judging by brand name and build. There was no reason for them to have a sound capture capability in hospitals, and these issues especially didn't have the capacity. Unless there was a nurse sitting at the station who was well studied in reading lips from different angles(and not working for gov't, like wasn't the pay better even in the USSR?)... even if, Max would just shoot them, wouldn't she? Couldn't she take down an entire hospital of shitty security guards? Was Dylan supposed to be that concerned about discussing one little casino heist in one little hospital in one little corner of America? Because he wasn't.
Lin confirmed this as Dylan thought of it. The microphone bit, not the Max killing everyone bit. But Dylan figured they were probably on the same brainwave in that weirdly universal connection state of things. Everything was connected, and everyone was connected, and everything/everyoneone was fucked up.
Everybody had free choice. Which is why he ignored the rest of the words happening and looked at Daniel, point blank honesty and commitment.] You want to get out of here?
[Dylan asked the question like it was possible, like it was up to Daniel.]
