Re: On the Dance Floor
At the sound of a voice, Pinkie tossed the canon aside (it landed harmlessly somewhere behind her, making a small squeaking noise and shooting off a flurry of streamers) and rounded on the very pretty red headed pony. Lady. Person. Human. The whole species thing was going to get tricky. She'd ask Twilight how to work it out later.
"No one's getting hurt, silly!" she said with a giggle, clapping her hands together. She skipped forward, a bit awkwardly since she should've had four legs instead of two, and gave her new friend a smile. A big smile. A huge, superific, new best friends smile. "I'm Pinkie Pie, and we're having a party!"
She paused, glancing around. "It's a bit of a boring one though..." She tapped her chin thoughtfully. Or as thoughtfully as Pinkie could tap her chin. "We should blow up balloons!" She had some in the pocket of her skirt, as well as some sewn on her skirt, and she wasn't sure where either had come from, precisely, but that didn't matter. "I'm Pinkie Pie," she said, stretching out a balloon and heaving in a large breath to start blowing it up. "What's your name?"
