You can't make that call for anyone else either. You are free to tell them why you don't approve. You are free to tell them you want them to stop. You are free to cut them off completely. But you will never have been them in that moment either. Even if there is no excuse for what they did - morality is still subjective. I know you feel badly about what happened, I know Eddie made you feel worse. I'm not saying it was a GOOD thing, but everyone trips and/or falls once in a while. I can't make the judgment call either. I can just help you get the grass stains out of your jeans when necessary. And vice versa, I hope.
Personally, I think that you might be conflating moral outrage (it sounds so theatrical) with concern. Maybe not in every situation, but in a lot of them. We are all capable of being shits when people do things we don't approve of. Most of the time we're concerned and caring. Sometimes we're just plain done and it shows. Its human nature.
And I know I don't have to remind you, but you know you're hit harder with that than everyone else. So all that concern, and frustration, might mesh with those tiny pieces of ugly we're all stuck with. But I'm going to say something I've said before - this time I want you to write it down. Tape it to everything you own. It comes from a good place inside of you, Steve.
But you're not immune to human nature, you never were before or after the serum. You're a magnet for it, post serum more than ever. Its one of my favorite things about you.
