Re: twd: spidey crew
[The sounds from inside were muffled, but they still carried, and Gwen heard Flash offer to clean up. That worried her, because it sounded like staying was an option. They'd gone nearly non-stop to get here, and now that they had Mary Jane, she just wanted to go home. If the dead man inside hadn't deserved the decency of a kind death, then why stay to clean him up? Maybe that thought was just a logical progression of a week spent out in this. They were all tired and exhausted, but she knew that was her making excuses in her mind. She'd never be able to forget what she'd just seen. She could pretend, but she knew it would always be there.
She smiled a little as Peter stayed behind, but she knew he was doing it because something might devour her on the porch, and she moved just enough to be able to talk to the people inside, without seeing the carnage on the floor.] Can we go?
[If the response was no, she'd need to think. Cowardly, childish, whatever it was, she didn't want to stay here even one night longer than was necessary. She didn't trust the house where people were shot as easily as the creatures outside (and she couldn't even shoot those easily). She wasn't going to stay here.] Please?
