Re: HOGSMEADE: Wren/Evie
Saving the world sounded like something really, really big for a little boy to do, and Wren couldn't help but think that Gus would love this place. It wasn't a zoo, and there weren't any animals running around, but it might be enough to make Gus brighten up a little bit. He was too much like her with his wide eyes and quiet, but floating teapots had to be enough to make even distrusting little boys grin.
When the floating teacup arrived, Wren stared at it. She really wanted to poke it with a finger, but she managed to just refrain, and she turned her attention to Evie's little card as the teapot bobbed in something that was easy to interpret as agreement... or maybe displeasure... or maybe something completely different, and Wren had no idea what the answer to Evie's question is, so she agreed with Evie's suggestion. Until, that was, a teapot tried to decapitate her dearest friend. She screamed at it, short duration and absolutely perfectly aimed at the offending teapot. It shattered, and it fell to the ground as Evie moved away.
Wren was still looking at the corpse of the teapot when Evie returned, but the photograph distracted her from the slaughter quickly.
